{"id":1053,"date":"2025-07-02T17:44:35","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T17:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jeffmusserfoundation.org\/foundation\/?p=1053"},"modified":"2025-07-02T17:45:31","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T17:45:31","slug":"updates-to-all-our-supporters-july-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jeffmusserfoundation.org\/foundation\/2025\/07\/02\/updates-to-all-our-supporters-july-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Updates: To All Our Supporters &#8211; July 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Updates<\/em><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To All of Our Supporters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>July 2, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To All of Our Supporters,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listed below is an update on the Foundation\u2019s activities since our last report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019d like to thank all of you who supported the 2025 Jeff Musser Foundation Golf Classic on June 16 with your attendance, your sponsorships and your donations.&nbsp; We had a bit of dreary weather, but the dispositions were sunny and bright, and everyone had a great time golfing at Lancaster Country Club and French Creek. &nbsp;After 188 people played golf on both courses, we were joined by additional supporters and friends who attended the Social Hour, Live Auction and, most importantly, to hear a family speak about what the Foundation meant to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first half of 2025 is keeping pace with the record number of families referred to us. We gave support to 51 families and our spending on these families increased as well. As always, some of this year\u2019s families are older referrals from last or previous years and some of them are new to us. There doesn\u2019t seem to be any lessening in the number of families in our area who need help paying their rent or mortgage, their utility bills, auto loan payments or auto insurance.&nbsp; In addition, we had the unique opportunity to provide much needed transportation for a family so they could get their child to cancer treatments.&nbsp; We were able to purchase a car for this family. We\u2019re confident we can keep pace with the requests we receive from our social work partners because of your unceasing generosity.&nbsp; We can\u2019t thank you enough because none of what we do is possible without you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year we were pleased to be the beneficiary of another fabulous fundraising event at the Garber Pond in Mount Joy on Friday night June 27<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp; Again, the weather was a bit challenging, but it did not stop people from coming out and enjoying food trucks, swimming in the pond, live music, games and a Fabulous Fireworks display at dusk.&nbsp; The generosity of the eventgoers was remarkable as it was donations appreciated at the gate to support The Jeff Musser Foundation, and they sure did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re pleased to announce that the Foundation will be holding our annual Cadillac Dinner at Lancaster Country Club on Friday, September 12, 2025.&nbsp; You\u2019ll be receiving an email containing more information about the event in several weeks.&nbsp; We hope to see many of you there so we can thank you, in person, for your continued assistance with our mission!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most sincerely,&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board and Volunteers of the Jeff Musser Foundation<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Updates To All of Our Supporters July 2, 2025 To All of Our Supporters, Listed below is an update on the Foundation\u2019s activities since our last report.
