Cargas Systems’ 9th annual Spring Rendezvous, held in April, raised $32,000 for this year’s beneficiary, The Jeff Musser Foundation.

Each year Cargas selects a local non-profit organization as its charity of choice to support with the funds raised at the event. The evening gives employees, volunteers, family, friends, and members of the community the opportunity to get together and enjoy food, drink, and music, as well as live and silent auctions.

“We are proud of our company’s purpose of shared success, and we love this opportunity to partner with organizations like the Jeff Musser Foundation who understand the value of sharing and giving back to the local community,” said Heidi Bianco, Spring Rendezvous Chair.  “With events like the Spring Rendezvous, we see our team and the community come together, and we are always amazed and proud of the results.”

The proceeds of this year’s event will support the Jeff Musser Foundation in its mission to provide financial aid to families in Lancaster and the surrounding counties with children who are balling cancer.

“I couldn’t begin to do this without all of the supporters I have,” said Jeff Musser.  “It was clear from the start that the Cargas team was invested in our mission and truly cared about our success.  The Spring Rendezvous was a very special event, and we felt blessed to have such a committed and enthusiastic partner.  The money raised will go a long way toward relieving the financial burdens of families in the community who are impacted by childhood cancer.”
